Gays: Pope Francis And Nails

Religion, contextually speaking, is first and foremost, conservative. The laws are unyielding especially as they are basically tenets that have inscrutable origins.

The problem with enforcing religious laws is that the laws are made to curb human nature. No addiction is as potent as human nature.

The enforcers themselves, Pope Francis, for example, are governed mainly by human nature.

Yet, Rock Star Pope Francis knows the limits of compromise. His first major move that he would be hard to predict was when in 2013, a Hanover bishop was taken off for living like a part owner of BMW.

In the two Americas two months ago, Pope Francis balanced flexibility with societal order. Or what society considers as one.
He emphasised "the importance of the family". Many read that to mean that he does not support gays.

Perhaps because Pope Francis visits prisoners, Krzysztof Charamsa, a prominent Vatican priest chose the eve of the Synod Assembly to tell a press conference that he was gay.

Papa Francis instantly removed his cassock.

Now the former priest is crying for what would look like Justice.
That" The Pope is making the lives of millions of Gays around the globe a " living hell"

For one thing, nobody is able to tell whether such numbers of persecutions exist.

Then, there is the question of Laws .Moral or Authority.
In certain matters, priest have no freedom of speech. Much like Edward Snowden was breaking the law when he ran to Moscow to tell the world that his country spies on it.

The Vatical, though a Moral Authority, has more leeway than a regular government

The statement which sacked the priest simply says that his press conference "was irresponsible because The Synod Assembly was put to undue media pressure"

Assume the sayIng that a run away nun always speaks ill of the convent is true, then Krzyztof Charamsa, the Polish priest,  is angry that the Pope stole the show.

Had Mr Charamsa been a former imam, he would be long dead. During the Inquisitions, he would have been burned.

Today, the Catholic Church is the largest government on earth. Pope Francis' job is not easy.

It is also impossible to legislate against human nature.
