Crude: Does Nigeria Still Produce?

At the last OPEC's meeting, the only agreement reached was to share market information among Oil nations. They disagreed on market share.

Nigeria was curiously not quoted as saying anything. A few days before the"technical" meeting, Nigeria's Oil company boss, Mr Kachukwu said "we will not engage in any oil price war".
He instead, said "we will do refinery for crude contract with Asian Countries"

This Media wrote that the move was not good, if only for the fact that China and India take advantage of cheap prices for stockpile.
Also, refine-for-crude deals are crude because Nigeria can only earn Naira for them.

At best, Nigeria makes about 1.6 million barrels per day. Even when the real engineers were around.

Let us theorise that Nigeria  produces 2Millom bpd. Now, account for the fact that it has been below $50 dollars since Mr Buhari came on board.
Now, take out the joint Venture's huge cut.

Nigeria's budget for 2015 is a modest $65 bpd.

Now the two questions;

As Other Oil countries are closer to Asia, among other economies of scale, does Nigeria still produce crude? And who buys it? And how much?

Last question, if Mr Buhari "met an empty treasury" and given the deficit, where does the government get the money it spends.

As a non corrupt leader, Mr Buhari owes Nigerians some answers.
The National Assembly should compel the Presidency to give those answers.

Transparency and Change are not mutually exclusive.
